Our Boardroom is the perfect meeting space to conduct in-person or digital meetings, presentations, workshops and seminars.

Capacity
The central board table seats 12 comfortably but the room can accommodate up to 25 people with additional chairs and table arrangements. Please indicate the number of participants at the time of booking.
Fees
Full-day bookings are $250 per day, while half-day bookings (4 hours or less) are $200. Permanent tenants or co-workers get discounted rates.
Catering
Catering for a function/meeting is simple using the kitchen adjacent to the Boardroom.
The Coffs Harbour Education Campus has onsite caterers. For information phone (02) 6659 3250. External caterers & food deliveries are also permitted.

A small breakout room available for hire for client meetings or to ‘hot desk’ away from your home or office. This is perfect for in-person meetings of up to 3 people or to host digital meetings with your remote team.

The Breakout Room is $75 per day. Free for permanent tenants.
Kitchen Facilities & On-Site Cafe
Bring your lunch and utilise our kitchen facilities or take a stroll into campus to dine at the CHEC Café. Onsite/external catering or food deliveries are also permitted.

The fee is $55 for 1 day per month. A permanent tenancy is available upon request.
